Founder Matt Mainini began his career at NASA and spent nearly two decades in Silicon Valley, learning to turn complex information into clear decisions.
His background as a staff-level user researcher and board-certified professional ergonomist now informs Mana’s approach to resident experience, risk, and investor communication.
After building experience across long-term rentals, short-term rentals, private lending, and commercial real estate, he transitioned into real estate full time and formed Mana Capital Group.
